A sweet and salty liquid stir-fry sauce, also used as a marinade for white meat and fish. Can be used as an independent sauce for side dishes and main courses, after thickening over a fire. The name of the sauce “Teriyaki” includes two Japanese words – Teri – “shine, shine” and Yaki – “fried”.
Ingredients: artesian drinking water, soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, wheat flour, preservative: potassium sorbate), sugar, caramel molasses, thickeners: starch, xanthan gum, salt, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, preservatives: benzoate sodium, potassium sorbate, dyes: sugar color IV, sunset, acidity regulator: citric acid, sweeteners: sodium cyclamate, saccharin.
