Unagi sauce is considered a traditional Japanese condiment. Initially, it was served with smoked or fried eel to add a subtle, refined “zest” to the taste, mask the unpleasant smell of the fish and increase the shelf life of the dish. Subsequently, the sauce was widely used in cooking.
Ingredients: artesian drinking water, soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, wheat flour, preservative: potassium sorbate), sugar, coloring: sugar color IV, thickener: xanthan gum, acidity regulator: citric acid, glucono-delta-lactone, stabilizer: sodium chloride, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, sweeteners: sodium cyclamate, saccharin, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, salt.

Storage conditions: Store at a temperature no higher than +25˚С and relative humidity no more than 75%, in a dry place, protected from light. After opening, store at a temperature from +2˚С to +4˚С – 60 days.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
