Sticky base, sweet soy taste. Suitable for fish, meat and vegetables. Various containers from 1 liter to Eurocube (ton). The individual approach of the technologist and careful emphasis on “quality points” allow the customer to easily adjust the taste and color of the sauce to suit the client’s preferences. Unagi sauce can withstand freezing in a bag with eel and does not change its taste or color. This type of sauce has been used for a long time in China in factories where eel is poured. Thanks to the characteristic thickness of Unagi sauce, the fillet in a vacuum bag remains juicy.

Ingredients: drinking artesian water, sugar, soy sauce concentrate, thickeners: starch, xanthan gum, salt, dyes: sugar color, sunset, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavor and aroma enhancers: monosodium glutamate , ribotide, sweetener: intensive.

Storage conditions: Store at temperatures from 5˚С to 25˚С and relative humidity not more than 75%.
