Soy sauce

Salad with tuna

Ingredients:

Tuna… 400 g
Green salad mix… 400 g
Daikon… 150 g
Carrots… 100 g
Celery stalk… 30 g
White sesame… 30 g
Red onion… 20 g
Onions… 30 g
Garlic… 1 clove
Olive oil… 250 ml
Soy sauce… 50 ml
Sesame oil… 35 ml
Sugar… 25 g
Red wine vinegar … 30 ml
Orange juice… 10 ml
Lemon juice… 10 ml

Preparation
Prepare the sauce: beat sugar, vinegar, orange and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Add olive oil and soy sauce, whisk until bright yellow, then press through a sieve.

Cut celery, carrots, daikon, red onion into long strips. Place everything except the onions in ice water for 10 minutes.

Grill the tuna for 2 minutes on each side, then roll the fish in sesame seeds.

Mix salad mix with celery, onion, carrots and daikon, add sauce.

Place diced tuna on a plate and add a little sauce to the center.
