Ketchup Mustard

French hot dog

Ingredients:
Buns for French hot dogs – 5 pcs.
Lyonnais (or Vienna) sausages – 5 pcs.
Pickled cucumber – 1-2 pcs.
Mayonnaise – 5 tsp.
Ketchup – 5 tsp.
Mustard – 5 tsp.


Cut the pickled cucumbers into very small cubes. Preheat the grill pan. Place the buns on it and fry on both sides. For this we need a light press. When the buns have warmed up and become crispy on both sides, remove them from the pan. Lyon (Vienna) sausages are usually sold in vacuum packaging in a small amount of sauce; they must be blotted with a paper towel. Place the sausages in a hot frying pan, fry on all sides until golden brown and lightly charred on all sides. Place a teaspoon of mustard on each bun. Add a teaspoon of mayonnaise. Place chopped pickled cucumbers into the hole. Pour in ketchup. Place a hot sausage into the hole in the bun.
